Yasuyo Paradeis is a Senior Administrative Associate with AHP and has 20+ years’ experience in the financial services industry. Yasuyo manages logistics and project coordination between AHP and its portfolio companies. Prior to AHP and BlueMountain Capital Management, Yasuyo worked at MUFG Securities Americas (formerly Mitsubishi UFJ Securities USA) where she was an Institutional Equity Sales Associate responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and executing global corporate access for U.S. and European issuers. Prior to that, she was a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chairman of the Board, Head of International Business, and Principal Executive Officer for the International Management Committee at MUFG.

Mrs. Paradeis received a B.S. in Psychology and Chemistry from the University of Miami with honors.
