Sara Ratner serves on the Board of Directors of Collabrios Health in partnership with AHP. A healthcare innovation leader with a career spanning payer, provider, digital health, and government programs, Sara brings a unique ability to navigate regulatory complexity and drive scalable, consumer-centric solutions.

Sara is President of Integrated Programs at Nomi Health and serves on several boards, including Proximal Health, a venture-backed supplemental health insurance company she co-founded. Her past executive roles include SVP of Government Markets and Strategy at Icario, President of NeoPath Health, and SVP at RedBrick Health. She has also served as General Counsel and VP of Strategic Alliances at CVS Caremark’s MinuteClinic division.

A recognized voice in healthcare transformation, Sara is a Senior Fellow with Health Evolution and a member of the Forbes Business Council. Twin Cities Business has named her one of the Top 25 Women to Watch and included her in the (Real) Power 50.

Sara holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
