Currently the Chief Executive Officer of Athena Care, Kirk Manz is a driven and accomplished leader with over thirty years of senior management experience. Kirk has assisted AHP in a multitude of pursuits in the behavioral and mental health services space, including its investment in Promises Behavioral Health. Kirk has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Salus Workers Compensation since 2018. Previously, Kirk served as Chief Financial Officer of American Addiction Centers (operated 11 residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment facilities, 18 stand-alone outpatient centers, and 2 industry-leading diagnostic laboratories with operations in 10 states during his tenure). Kirk was the financial architect of the company’s growth from $10 million in revenue in 2010 to a successful IPO in 2014 to over $350 million in revenue in 2017 representing over 50% compounded annual growth rate. He has managed M&A transactions totaling over $250 million and healthcare facility developments totaling $125 million in invested capital.
