John D. Musil serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CSP with deep experience in pharmacy. John founded Avella, a specialty pharmacy, in 1996 as a single pharmacy located in Scottsdale, Arizona and led the firm to rapid growth. By 2009 Avella has expanded to sixteen physical locations, a call center, a 503b facility, and a national distribution facility. OptumRX acquired Avella in 2018.

John holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Arizona.
