Dale Wolf has served as a member of the Board of Directors of AdaptHealth and EHealth since 2019. Dale has also served as Chairman of the Board of Molina Healthcare since 2017 and director since 2013.

Dale served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Onecall Care Management Inc. from January 2016 to February 2019 and as Executive Chairman from September 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, Dale served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of DBW Healthcare, Inc. Dale has also served as the executive chairman of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc., a national provider of correctional health care solutions, from December 2012 to July 2014. From 2005 to 2009, Dale served as Chief Executive Officer of Coventry Health Care, Inc., a diversified national health care company, and served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coventry Health Care, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Dale was also a member of the Board of Directors of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, Coventry Healthcare, Inc. from 2005 to 2009 and Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. from 2003 to 2012.
